Partay!

This is a card I made for my best friend on her 18th birthday. The stamps used were from Stampin Up! and the pink paper is from Michael's. She absolutly adored the card, especially because it was a simple homemade gesture. I highly suggest doing this, especially for people you are close with because a little personalization goes a very long way.

Take Out

This adorable takeout box was made for my boyfriend when he went on a camping trip in 2008. Everything was handstitched and took me about 3 hours. The box is made of stiff felt and the noodles are made of yarn. This was a very fun project to create and my boyfriend loved it.

Turning Trash into Treasure

This is proof that $0.75 jars from Wal-Mart can be used in very creative ways. I was looking all over for cotton jars and I simply could not find a single one that fit my taste. I ended up coming home with these jars and whipped out my hot glue gun and some ribbon to match my bathroom and viola! Two adorable cotton jars for $1.50!

Dream On

This is a piece I worked on in 2007. It is my favorite of all of the artwork I have done, so I saw it to be fitting for my first post. I got this in an art show for the county I attended highschool in, and even though the poster did not turn out how I had planned, I could not be more happy with it. I spent about 15 hours on this poster and I drew everything with the pen tool on Illustrator. Originally the picture had "imigination" written all the way up to the book, but I lost it because my computer did not have the font I used at school.
